Probably. At least mechanical parts aren't, since it shares it's engine with early second-gen Cadillac SRXs.

Does it still share a GM platform, like the 9-7x? Looks about the same proportions as an Acadia.

EDIT quick search found it's an SRX, but much better looking, and a cooler badge.
